Be it classic or skating - the cross-country tracks in the Puster Valley are perfectly groomed, offer a splendid panoramic view and various levels of difficulty. Highly recommendable are the cross-country track at Prato Piazza at 2,000 m of altitude, an excursion to the biathlon stadium in Anterselva and the cross-country track in Val Casies.

If you do not only want to rush down the mountains, but really want to feel them, you should try a ski tour and conquer the mountains by foot. At the top you will be rewarded with a breathtaking panoramic view and an incredibly good feeling.

WINTER AND SNOW-SHOE HIKING

Observe and get to know nature from its quiet side. A true pleasure – discover nature with snow-shoes and winter hiking boots. Romantic viewpoints and snowed-in winter landscapes await you. Especially the valleys, villages and places around Bruneck, the Aurina and Casies Valleys, Sares, Prato Piazza and other mountain villages are ideal for extended tours far from crowded slopes. And if you are lucky you might see deer, stag, chamois and squirrels.
