Leaving from the hotel you can discover the most beautiful museums of the Puster Valley in the immediate vicinity. Bruneck Castle hosts the fifth MMM – Messner Mountain Museum by Reinhold Messner. Each year, guests from a different mountain region - Sherpa, Indians, Tibetans, Mongols, Hunza - spend their summer in the MMM in order to talk about their lives. The South Tyrolean Museum of Ethnography in Teodone comprises an outdoor museum explaining the life of past times. The museum has been awarded one of the most beautiful outdoor museums in Europe by ADAC. In the grain storage of the former copper mine in Predoi you can visit a Mining Museum. You can enter the Predoi Mine and the gallery for asthmatics with the mine railway. The motto of the health gallery in Predoi is "I breathe" and provides ideal air-quality conditions for people suffering from allergies. In the Crib Museum in Lutago you can admire all types of cribs, and in the Aurina Valley you can visit the Museum of Minerals.

Nature offers the most beautiful pieces of art. For this reason you should not miss out on the following excursion destinations in the "green valley" as the Puster Valley is also called. In Perca and in Terento you can admire pyramids, and in the Aurina Valley you find the Riva Waterfalls. From milk to cheese is the motto in the Three Peaks show dairy in Dobbiaco. In the Lodenwelt in Vandoies you can observe the way from sheep to Loden fabric. The alpine lakes in Alta Pusteria are also very popular: embedded between mountain summits and forests you'll find Braies Lake, Anterselva Lake and Dobbiaco Lake.
