Internationally renowned top chef and South Tyrol's only 3-star chef Norbert Niederkofler is now taking the next step in his culinary evolution. The new restaurant "Atelier Moessmer", is located in the former executive villa of the cloth factory Moessmer in Bruneck, which is one of the oldest and most renowned fabric producers in the world. The "Cook the Mountain" concept reaches its highest expression: only the best ingredients from the surrounding mountains and valleys directly from producers and farmers, and respect for their natural cycles to preserve their flavors and nutrients. In addition to seasonal menus, however, the Atelier also has space for some of Niederkofler's signature dishes as well as new creations.
